Alzadia is the technology to finance each development by certified construction stage and record every holding on the Sui blockchain. Each project is its own company and is published in the app.
From plot to handover
Funds are not handed over at once. They are released when an independent surveyor certifies each construction stage.

Why a blockchain
A public ownership record
Every holding is recorded on Sui. Anyone can check how many shares were issued and which wallets hold them, without relying on our database.
Traceable payments
Releases to the developer and distributions to investors are recorded on-chain with date and amount.
Pay in euros by bank transfer
You invest in euros by bank transfer. Payouts also arrive by bank transfer.
The projects are in the app
Each project is published at app.alzadia.com, with the company offering it, its figures and its documents.
