How it works
This is how investing in each project will work, from the offer opening to the payout after the sale.
Prior review
Before the offer opens, the project company, the building permit, the budget and the valuation are reviewed.
Key information and reflection period
When the offer opens, the key investment information sheet is published. If you are a non-sophisticated investor, you will have 4 calendar days to withdraw at no cost.
Closing the round
If the target is reached, your holding is recorded in the project’s digital register. If it is not, your money is returned in full.
Release by milestone
Money is released to the developer in certified stages: foundations, structure, envelope, building services and finishes.
Sale and distribution
Once the first-occupancy licence is granted, the homes are sold. What remains after costs and debt is split according to holdings and paid by bank transfer.
