Risk warning
Draft pending legal review. This is not the final version.
Please read this warning before investing in any project. Investing in a property development is not the same as putting money in a bank.
Main risks
- Your capital is at risk. If the development fails, you may lose everything you invest.
- No deposit guarantee or compensation scheme. Your investment is not covered by deposit guarantee schemes (Directive 2014/49/EU) or by any investor compensation scheme (Directive 97/9/EC).
- Returns are not guaranteed. We don’t promise any return. Any figure in the information sheet is an estimate, not a commitment.
- Illiquid investment. You are unlikely to get your money back before the project ends. There is no organised market that guarantees a buyer or a price.
- Construction risk. Permit delays, cost overruns, technical problems or a contractor’s insolvency can extend the term or reduce the outcome.
- Market risk. House prices may fall between the start of construction and the sale.
- Project company risk. The company developing each project may fail to meet its obligations or become insolvent.
- Technology risk. The register of holdings is a public digital register that runs on a third-party network. An error in that register or in that network could delay the recording of your holding.
Spread your risk
Only invest money you can afford to lose, and don’t put your savings into a single project. If you are a non-sophisticated investor, the platform will ask you to simulate your ability to bear losses, calculated as 10% of your net worth, and will warn you if an investment exceeds €1,000 or 5% of that net worth.
Reflection period
If you are a non-sophisticated investor, you have 4 calendar days from making an investment offer to withdraw it without giving a reason or paying a penalty.
Who makes the offer
This site belongs to Reward Lens, S.L., which only provides the technology, and gives general information. Projects are published in the Alzadia app. It is not a crowdfunding platform and does not accept investments or funds. The offer is not open yet. When it opens, this page will name the entity it is made through and how that entity is authorised. The offer is not directed at US persons.
The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
